Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a designated person takes possession of the goods.

2. Return Conditions
- Returns are only accepted if the packaging is unopened and sealed.
- Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned.
3. Return Process & Costs
- The return must be sent within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The customer must arrange and ensure safe return shipping.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the original payment method. Refunds will only be processed if the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and undamaged.
